Volunteer Process & Opportunities
Being a people’s movement, we value the time and efforts of our volunteers more than anything else. Given below are 6 steps in which we set you up for a successful volunteering journey at SABIA once you register yourself as a volunteer.
Volunteer applicants signing-up through our google form submission are first contacted within a few days via email and whatsapp.
A date is then decided mutually for the volunteer orientation to introduce them to our organization, its vision, mision, and values.
After the orientation, the applicants are encouraged to choose a department they’d like to work with.
Once the applicant communicates their chosen department to the HR team, an induction is scheduled as per their and the deptt head’s availability.
Induction is conducted to explain the role and responsibilities in detail, followed by training as required and subsequently, tasks are assigned.
Volunteer is added to the team’s group chat to maintain smooth communication and follow-ups.

Event & PR Managers (Online + 3 cities mentioned above)

Community Outreach Managers (Jaipur, Kota & Mumbai)
Note: This is a minimum 30 hours volunteering program for which you will be provided certification.
